We would recommend coming in for your ‘Groom’s Viewing’ appointment around 6-9 months before your wedding. During this special appointment, dedicated to just the two of you, you will have ample time to try on all your favourite suits and discuss styles, colours and together we can create the perfect look for your wedding day.
All the gents in your group should ideally be measured around 6 weeks before the wedding. This gives us ample time to reserve all the necessary sizes for every member of your bridal party. Don’t worry if you have boys too, we know that they can grow a lot in 6 weeks, so if you have younger members of your wedding party, we will measure them around 2-3 weeks before your wedding.
We take just a 25% at the time you place your order, a further 25% when you are measured and the final 50% is payable when you come and collect your suits. You will be given the relevant dates when you confirm your booking.
Yes, our mens hire department is incredibly busy and we only have limited space and so to ensure you have the opportunity to try suits on, or even to be measured when you have booked your suits with us, you will need to make an appointment.
Not all of your party need to come together, they can all book dates and times to suit their own diaries, but we would still urge them to book as far in advance as possible, especially during our very busy season from March-August.
We take delivery of your wedding suits on the Thursday afternoon in the week before the wedding. Once we have carefully checked these over we will call you to advise that they are ready for collection. You’re welcome to collect anytime after this phone call on Thursday or Friday, but we would strongly encourage you to try the suits on in store or as soon as possible once you get them home, just in case any changes need to be made.
We have one of the largest size ranges in Norfolk with suits available to hire for boys from around 3 years old right up to a gents 58″ chest.
Yes! We offer a complete service where you can buy all of or part of your outfit, whilst also allowing your to hire the outfits for everyone else, your suit can match perfectly, or you can make changes to help you stand out from the rest of your party.
Yes, here at Pure we also offer a bespoke service where you can personalise your own suit, choosing buttons, lining, stitch colour and evern a monogram to make your suit your own. We can give you advice and further information on this when you come for your appointment. This service is offered on purchased suits and not when hiring.
Yes, you have a choice of either on street parking or various pay and display car parks in Norwich city centre. Please see the map under contact us to find their location.
Your suits need to be returned on the Tuesday after your event. We always recommend that you organise this with your best man or a trusted friend so that you don’t have to think too much about it, particularly if you are off on your honeymoon!
Yes! We can help you with extended hire, please speak to us about this during your visit and we can give you all the information you need.
Don’t worry, most of our suits are covered by our accidental damage waiver insurance for just £5 per outfit and we will include this in the cost of any quote we give you.
This covers the wearer against accidental damage that might arise through the appropriate wear of the outfit, please note this does not cover for malicious damage, loss and does not cover top hat or tweed suit hire.
